Krush Kerry: The Conservatve Response

Alright, check this out. As many of you know, a website by the name of Punkvoter.com has released 2 compilations called "Rock Against Bush" Vol. 1 and 2. The comps whole theme is to get George Bush out of Office because he is OH so evil and OH so vile. Both of these albums came out and over 200,000 have been sold to a brainwashed and uninformed punk rock youth. When the members of your favorite bands come out and say things to the tune of, "George Bush is far more of a threat to America and the world then Sadaam Hussien was!" and "George Bush KNEW about 9/11 before it happend! He did nothing!" you're going to do one of two things: Agree or Disagree. There is no grey area. As president Bush once said "You're either with us, or you're against us." Now Imagine that you're a 14-15 year old who knows nothing about politics and relies on others to make decisions for you. What would YOU say if you're favorite band came out against the president and the government? I'd be willing to bet CASH taht you would go along with what that band is saying, mainly because you hold them in such high respect.

Sadly, the liberals have infiltrated a scene and music industry that I love with all my heart, and that is punk. They have all but said conservatives and right-wingers alike are not welcome. Brett Gurewitz of Bad Religions has even gone as far as saying that they are not welcome to be fans of his band! I thought that Liberals and Leftists were open minded, and tolerant of others Ideas? Hah! Yeah right! Likes I've said time and time again, Leftists only like free speech and free thought when it benifits them the most.

Well folks the lefts choke hold on the Punk Scene has as new opponent, its called ConservativePunk.com and the comp is called Krush Kerry. There arent too many songs out for download, but I will provide you with one that I think is DEFINATLY worthy of some spotlight. It's called "Propaganda Puppet" and the band is Epstien. http://www.clankowalski.com/epstein-propaganda-puppets.mp3

The right has responded and when this CD comes out the Left will have a new scene to deal with! No longer are the days of stereo-typing Conservatives as rich-suburbanite-suit wearing-snobs. Here are the days of Conservatives with mohawks, tattoos, patches and guitars!

Hey man, this is Eron, the guitarist of Epstein. Thanx for the plug, bro! be sure everyone knows they can check out our new (temp site) at www.epsteinrock.com. Anyone interested can find us on www.purevolume.com/epstein or search for us on MySpace Music. It would be great if everyone could go out and support an anti-kerry, pro-american cause. part of the money raised will be going to a 527 organization to help kerry NOT be in office... if that makes any sense. well anyways, thanx again dude, and support all the bands on there cause i'm sure they wil rock you just as hard!

To Eron, thanx a lot bro, it means a lot. I'm just doing my best to make sure that this comp gets out there, gets the recognition that it deserves, and gets the air play that it should. And anyway, Propaganda Puppet kicks major ass!

To the second comment: You must be from my home town, or must have met me somewhere because you know my first name, so why dont you grow a set of nuts and tell me who you are? Maybe we can settle our differences civily instead of petty name calling and personal attacks. It's one thing to voice your opinion about something you disagree, but it is quite another to make an ass out of yourself by calling me a "Doosh" and telling me to "shut you face hole" Grow up a little, get a little more informed, and come back when you can debate like an adult. Until that day, leave the politics to the grown ups.

And another thing, I have never endorsed George W. Bush, in fact there are several things that I personally disagree with him on, but I hope the day that I completely agree with a politician never comes. If I were to vote in November, however, my vote would be casted for President Bush, because of 3 core issues: The War on Terror, Tax Cuts, and the fact that he actually knows where he stand on issues, and stays true to his convitions. His beliefs don't vary with what is popular at the moment, unlike his flip-flopping, "I voted for it, before I voted against it" opponent.

You might know what you're talking about but do a lot of people listen to 16 year olds? What are you going to say when you're older if you read little posts like these written by teens? I'm sure you're thinking Man i'd listen to what they'd have to say!
My personal opinion is that you need to just get a life, have some fun highschool years and actually see if you're gonna give a shit about any of this once you're OUT of College. It's nice to know SOME younger people do pay attention to the world around them and don't sit around doing shit like drugs or whatever the hell they do these days.

Ok, you need to make up your mind on this, are you commenting because you don't think I should be talking about politics based on my age, or are you pleased to see that I'm not out getting wasted and that I care about what goes on in the world...Make a decision and then come back.

I think its great you're interested in politics at a younger age than most people. the more you practice now, the more involved you probably will be later. hey.. next presidential election you'll be all ready to go because what happens now effects the future. You'll want to remember things america went through so that you can help shape where it's going. I think the thing most americans do is just listen to the media's latest fads and forgetting America's past.... if that makes any sense to you, i hope

to the best of my knowledge its going to be purely independent. Just look around in your area at the indie stores and even some Tower Record stores, they usually pick up anything, so you might wanna go there. The guy putting this thing together also has a website put together, although its still under construction, here it is WWW.AMERICANSTREAK.COM, I'm pretty sure there'll be some information bout that comp on there with in the next couple of weeks or so

EDIT: on the website make sure just to type in americanstreak.com it wont work if you put "www" before it for some reason, so its just americanstreak.com
